One tapp · More reviews · More business

Your counter asks for the review. They tapp. It's posted.

A tapp sticker sits on your counter. The customer holds their phone over it and your Google review page opens — no app, no scanning, no typing your name. Most people leave the review before they leave the counter.

Run your own numbers

How many reviews is your counter worth?

Every assumption below is a slider, and every one starts conservative. Move them to whatever you believe about your own customers — the plate doesn't change the math, it removes the friction between "sure, I'll leave a review" and actually leaving one.

These are projections from the assumptions you set, not a guarantee. Nobody can promise you review volume — what the plate does is make asking free and answering effortless.

Start to finish

Three steps, and you never touch a setting

You send us your Google listing

Paste your Google Business Profile link into the order form below — or just give us your business name and city on the phone and we'll find it. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to hand over.

We program it to your listing

The NFC chip is written and locked to your review link, then tested on an iPhone and an Android before it ships. The sticker itself is one clean standard design that reads “leave us a review” — no artwork to approve, nothing to slow the order down. Local orders: we come stick it on your counter ourselves. Everything else arrives ready to peel and stick.

Your staff says one sentence

"If we did alright today, just tapp your phone here." The customer holds their phone over the plate, your review page opens, and they're typing before they've picked up their bag. If your listing ever moves, we rewrite the chip — the sticker stays on the counter.

Questions we get on every first call

Does the customer need an app?

No. iPhone XS and newer read NFC with the screen on and unlocked — nothing to open, nothing to install. Android has read NFC the same way for years. A link banner appears at the top of the screen, they tapp it, and your review page loads. Every plate also carries a printed QR code for the handful of older phones without NFC.

Is this against Google's rules?

Asking every customer for an honest review is fine, and Google says so. What is not allowed is offering anything of value in exchange for a review, or filtering people so that only happy customers reach the review page. We don't build gating screens and we don't sell "review funnels" — the plate opens your public review page for everyone who taps it, which is the only version of this that's safe for your listing.

What if we rebrand, move, or change our listing?

The chip is rewritable. Send us the new link and we reprogram it — free for the first year, a flat $15 per sticker after that. Because the sticker carries no business name, it never needs replacing when you rebrand.

Will it work on a metal counter?

Yes — every sticker is backed with a ferrite shield made for metal mounting. That shield is exactly what's missing from the cheap tags sold online, which is why they read once on the desk and then quit working on a steel counter.

How long does it take?

Three to five business days to program, test, and ship — there's no artwork to approve, so nothing waits on you. Local installs get scheduled the same week. Rush is available — ask on the call.

What if it stops working?

One-year replacement on the chip and the plate. If a sticker stops reading and it isn't physical damage, we replace it and cover the shipping. Chips have no battery and nothing to charge, so failures are rare — the usual culprit is a sticker placed over a metal seam, which is a placement fix rather than a hardware one.

Do you do multiple locations?

That's most of what we do. Each location gets its own sticker pointed at its own listing, so reviews land on the right store. Twenty-five units and up gets the deepest tier plus a single consolidated invoice — call and we'll price the whole chain.
